Site Requirements:
- 2,000 - 4,000 SF End cap or free standing building.
- 30 dedicated parking spots.
- Seating capacity of 50+.
- Outdoor seating encouraged (per town approvals).
- 1-2 miles from major highways.
- Traffic count of 20,000 CPD.

Building Requirements:
- Electrical: 400amp 120/208 V.
- HVAC: 1 ton per 150 SF.
- Gas: 2.5" gas line, minimum 2 million BTU.
- Water & grease trap: per code.
