Self-Storage Senior Asset Manager
Job Description: Create, develop and direct portfolio strategies to maximize the performance of our self-storage portfolio in a manner consistent with the company overall objectives.
Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or similar field, plus extensive CRE or related experience. Strong knowledge of self storage commercial real estate investment philosophies, policies, strategies and procedures is required
Travel: Requires frequent travel (Travel 20-30%). Meet with district managers at the properties.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed and complex financial modeling.
* Detailed field evaluations for existing self-storage portfolio.
* Coordinate and participate in all due diligence for proposed acquisitions.
* Present analytical results for senior management decision- making.
* Provide demographic market information.
